Also contained in this latest document drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing distinct sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight process.
